At Techneat, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, and returned in their original condition.
- To initiate a return, please contact the team at info@techneat.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will confirm receipt by email and if approved, we will process your refund the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges & Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos if possible.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
